Text Box: MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS Fellowship—General Membership Meetings held at various times throughout the year. Communication—JCSFSA Articles in CSEA’s “Viewpoint”, plus flyers announcing meetings and upcoming events. Service—JCSFSA Leadership serves as a voice for Food Service Employees by being active on CSEA and school district committees and participating in yearly Contract Negotiations. Professional Growth Funds—CSEA professional growth funds are negotiated and made available to all classified employees to encourage continued education. Negotiations Input—Members are encourage to share ideas and concerns regarding issues that impact their position, salary, benefits, working environment, and professional growth. Text Box: JCSFSA is one of six constituent associations of CSEA, covered by the Classified Negotiated Agreement. We represent all Food Service Hourly Workers and Food Service Managers.
