Recruitment Incentive Plan

For each new member you recruit, you will receive a payment equal to:

 

10% of your 2011 CSEA dues or $20.00,

whichever is greater.

 

Top recruiter prizes for 1st 2nd and 3rd place

1st—$300

2nd—$200

3rd—$100

  The payments will be distributed by check in January 2012.

 

     This promotion begins Jan. 1, 2011 and ends Dec. 24, 2011.   If you exceed 10 members under the 10% payment option, all additional members will be paid at $20.00 per new member.  The $20.00 per new member will be without limit.  The 10% payment will be based on the December 2011 CSEA dues year-to-date statement.  Only one person can receive credit for a new member, the payment will not be split.  This promotion will not affect the organizational dues of the seven constituent associations of CSEA.  The CSEA Membership Recruiter, CSEA staff and CSEA President are not eligible to participate.   Please see the CSEA website, or your building rep for complete rules and details. 

2011 CSEA Membership Incentive Plan

Rules and Details

 

1. This incentive plan will be effective January 1, 2011 through December 24, 2011

2. For each new member recruited, the recruiter will receive a payment equal to 10% of their 2011 annual dues or $20.00, whichever is greater.

3. The maximum allowable payment under the 10% option is 100% of the recruiters’ 2011 CSEA dues.  Once the maximum is achieved, the payment will revert to $20.00 per new member. 

4. The payment will be calculated twice; once based on the 10% option and once based on the $20.00 option.  The payment will reflect the larger of the two options.

5. The CSEA office will make the final determination of the payment, based on the December 2011 year to date dues statement.

6. The monies will be distributed by check in January of 2012.

7. Any member who participates in the 2011 dues revocation period will forfeit any membership recruitment payout he or she may have accrued.

8. Only one member can receive credit for recruiting a new member, the payment will not be split.

9. Top recruiter payouts will be $300 for the top recruiter, $200 for second and $100 for third

10. In the event of a tie for any of the top recruiter positions the bonus will be split between the tied recruiters.

11. The CSEA Membership Recruiter, the CSEA President and the CSEA staff are not eligible.  All other dues-paying members are eligible and encouraged to participate.

12. This promotion is related only to the CSEA dues and does not affect or include the dues for the seven constituent associations.

NEA Educational Support Professionals 
Top Ten Membership Recruiters Contest

NEA is running a contest for the top 10 Educational Support Professionals (ESP) membership recruiters.   The contest runs May 1, 2011 through December 1, 2011.  The top 10 recruiters will win all expense paid travel to the 2012 NEA ESP National Conference.

 

All members as of May 1, 2011 are eligible for this contest.
